Your satisfaction is essential to our mission. If your item does not resonate with you, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If an item arrives damaged or with the wrong note/frequency, we take full responsibility. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund immediately. For your reference we also send you pre video of testing the sound before shipping.

Free Returns: Evana Craft covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item at no cost to you.
