Where is Evana Craft based?
Evana Craft is proudly based in Tokha, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. All our products—from our resin statues to our sacred singing bowls—are sourced and dispatched directly from the heart of the Himalayas by our local team.
Who are the people behind Evana Craft?
Evana Craft was co-founded by Jyoti Poudel. Our operations and logistics are managed by Sonakshi Poudel, who personally oversees the critical responsibility of quality control, secure packaging, and international shipping to ensure your sacred items arrive safely.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
To ensure the highest spiritual quality, every singing bowl goes through a 3 to 4-day selection process before dispatch. During this time, our professional certified healer personally reviews and selects your specific piece based on its frequency and vibration. Once dispatched via premium carriers (DHL, UPS, DPD, or FedEx), delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days worldwide.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally from Kathmandu. We partner with the world’s most reliable couriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and DPD, to ensure your order reaches you no matter where you are in the world.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as Sonakshi and her team hand your package over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey from Kathmandu to your doorstep in real-time.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured. Because we ship delicate resin statues and singing bowls, we take full responsibility for the journey. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we provide a free replacement or a full refund. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Who pays for import duties or customs fees?
Any import duties, VAT, or local customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if your local customs office requires specific documentation from Nepal, please contact us and we will provide it immediately at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.
Who pays for return shipping?
Evana Craft covers all return shipping costs. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will not have to pay anything to return the item to us.
What if my singing bowl arrives with the wrong note?
Our professional healers test every bowl, but if the note does not match your order, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you. We stand behind the accuracy of our sound healing instruments.
Singing Bowls & Product Quality
Are your singing bowls genuinely handmade?
Yes. Every bowl is hand-hammered by traditional artisan families in the Kathmandu Valley. They are crafted from the traditional seven-metal alloy (gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, lead, and zinc) representing the celestial planets.
Who selects the singing bowls?
We do not ship "random" bowls. Every single piece is played and tested by a certified professional sound healer. They assess the frequency, resonance, and energy to ensure the bowl is fit for healing practices before Sonakshi approves it for packaging.
What is a "Monk Blessed" singing bowl?
Selected pieces in our collection undergo a traditional Tibetan blessing ceremony by a Buddhist monk in Kathmandu. This process infuses the bowl with sacred mantras and healing energy. If a bowl has been blessed, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
